Overview

The nomenclature and the respective ages of admission to classes are as follow:

Admission to ANKUR (Nursery); is without any formal testing. Age of the child as on April 1st should be 2½  to 3 years. The admissions to the class is on FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS.

For admission to KONPAL (LKG); The minimum age range is 3½ years to 4 years. Admission to this class is subject to the availability of seat. 
 
For admission to PALLAV (UKG); The minimum age range is 4½ years to 5 years. Admission to this class is subject to the availability of seat.
 
Admission to other classes will be based on the merit in the admission test administered to the child provided there exists a vacancy in the class to which the admission is sought. The test, if conducted in beginning of the season, shall be based on the syllabi prevailing in the school for the class just passed by the student-applicant. If the admission test is conducted at a later date, the syllabi will include those done till date in the class to which the admission is sought.
 
Admission to Form XI will be in three streams namely: Science, Commerce and Humanities. It will be initially provisional to a stream till the declaration of the final results of Class-X, will be confirmed thereafter, provided the student has passed with the percentage of marks desirable for the stream chosen.

Registration for admission to the school for 2021-2022 will commence from the first week of November 2020. Prospectus for registration can be bought from th school Office on all working days between 09:30 am to 02:00 pm.
REGISTRATION CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

The appropriate combination of subjects in a stream will be from among those listed below and approved by the CBSE.

1)  Core Language: English
2)  Elective Subjects:

IMPORTANT: Parents must give correct spellings of their names & their child’s name for further registration with CBSE.

WITHDRAWAL: A parent desirous of withdrawing his/her child(ren), for whatever reason, must notify to the school at least three months in advance of the actual withdrawal. This is essentially important to avoid disappointment to those on the waiting list and enable the school to offer the timely admission to them against the vacancies. In case you withdraw your child without any prior notice, the T.C. will only be issued on the payment of next installment of the fee.
Fee is to be deposited in the school account at Oriental Bank of Commerce Now Punjab National Bank branches in Mandi Gobindgarh, Sirhind, Khanna, Amloh and Fatehgarh Sahib & RIMT Campus, during the banking hours.

SECURITY REFUND (if any): Security deposit is refundable without any interest, on demand once the student finally leaves the school. Any arrears in the account of student will be adjusted from the security deposit.
