Girls India Project
Promoting Rights and Dignity of Girls at all levels.
Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CCPCR) & Yuvsatta-NGO jointly launched a unique ‘GIRLS INDIA’ project with active participation of Principals of 50 prominent private and government Schools of the city to empower young girls.
RIMT World School had the great opportunity to be a part of this empowering project being partnered with Government Model High School, Manimajra. Regular meetings between the principals and teacher in charges of these schools are held to plan the monthly activities.
On the International Day of the Girl Child, Investiture Ceremony was held where the students were entrusted with different responsibilities and the principal, Mrs Anjali Sharma presented sashes to the portfolio holders.
